Team Planet Hunter!

For the new school year at Gordo Station (our home at Jezero Crater), I saw a team project pop up on my tablet.

It said, "We need your help searching for new objects at the edges of our solar system. Help us find brown dwarfs and low-mass stars, the Sun's nearest neighbors."

I told Quinyang about it, and she said, "We could find the Sun's ninth planet! The data models suggest it might appear in these images."

"I still wish Pluto was a planet," Pip said.

Quinyang started reading over my shoulder. Her hair smelled nice.

"Patterns in the orbits of the comets in the outer solar system suggest that there is a ninth planet orbiting beyond Neptune. We may have already imaged it! Teams will look through the data to try to spot it."

Pip said, "We should make a team to hunt for new planets."

At the same time, Quinyang and I said, "Team Planet Hunter!"
