Apollo 15 was the first of the Apollo "J" missions capable of a longer stay time on the moon and greater surface mobility. They traveled 17.5 miles in their Lunar Rover, a "moon buggy" that they drove around their landing site, spraying dust everywhere in 1/6th gravity.
I'd love to go bouncing around Moon Base 3 in a moon buggy. Maybe we can get one from a junkyard and fix it up.
